From a Lambeth workroom
to Cork Street.

The Founder

From a Lambeth workroom to the Burlington Estate: the making of a house that only makes for one.

From the age of twelve, Fedro trained in Italy under Console Costantini, winner of the Forbici d’Oro, a cornerstone of sartoria italiana and one of the master craftsmen behind the global standing of Made in Italy.

At fifteen came Cambridge, and with it the wider world of design: menswear, womenswear, tailoring, childrenswear, shoes and accessories. Those years laid the foundations of the eponymous house.

A 150 sq ft workroom in Lambeth

One selection of cloth, a single client, and Fedro himself, while an invented alter ego, Luca Rinolfi, handled the administration so the tailor could tailor.

The first collaborators and artisans arrive. The house operates quietly: strictly by appointment, and by personal introduction.

2023

N.34 Cork Street, Mayfair

The Burlington Estate, beside the hallowed Savile Row. The house now stands at the intersection of bespoke tailoring and contemporary art.
